This practice-oriented conceptual paper presents an adaptation of HOPPER APP PASSPORT for project design in primary education. The supplied interface combines an idea laboratory, a mentor pathway, a screen studio, a testing space and a project passport. The proposed classroom model uses these elements to help pupils in Grades 3–4 identify a familiar problem, consider alternative solutions, organise a simple application concept, test a paper prototype and explain a revision. English-language interface adaptations accompany the paper as product illustrations. The model prioritises pupil explanations and teacher mediation rather than technical complexity. A four-lesson sequence, an illustrative project passport and an assessment rubric make the approach usable in classroom planning. No participant dataset or intervention outcomes were supplied; therefore, the paper reports a pedagogical design and a proposed evaluation procedure, not demonstrated effectiveness. The central proposition is that a project passport can make the development of an idea visible when it records the pupil’s decisions, feedback and revisions
