This article examines social networks and professional digital platforms as environments of socialization and intercultural dialogue among young artificial intelligence (AI) specialists from different countries. The target group includes students preparing for AI-related careers, junior developers and researchers, and early-career professionals. A structured narrative review and comparative secondary analysis of 13 verified sources from 2020-2026 is used to identify five social dimensions: participation, intercultural competence, bridging social capital, professional identity, and trust. The findings indicate that networked professional communication can widen access to international peers, mentoring, culturally diverse norms and professional opportunities. At the same time, language differences, regional clustering, unequal visibility and the need to verify AI-generated information can limit inclusive interaction. The proposed model shows how reciprocal participation, inclusive language, cultural sensitivity and verification practices can convert online contact into sustainable intercultural ties and professional development
