The article explores effective ways of developing phonetic skills in primary foreign language teaching through the integration of auditory and visual materials. Young learners often struggle with accurate pronunciation, stress, and intonation due to the novelty of foreign phonetic systems. The study examines how combining listening activities, songs, phonetic videos, articulation diagrams, and visual speech models supports children in recognizing and reproducing foreign sounds. Special attention is given to the role of multimodal input in sustaining motivation and improving memorization. The results demonstrate that systematic use of auditory and visual material not only enhances phonetic accuracy, but also encourages learner autonomy and confidence in speaking. Recommendations for classroom implementation and teacher training are provided.
