This study aims to identify the role of gamification technology in the educational process and in the development of environmental culture. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that although gamification has become widely used over the past decade as an effective tool for enhancing learning motivation and fostering environmental awareness, it remains insufficiently explored in the context of preschool education. The purpose of the study is to determine the pedagogical potential of gamification technologies and to conduct a bibliometric analysis of their impact on environmental education. The research was conducted using a systematic review method based on the PRISMA guidelines. As research material, 77 publications were selected from 101 articles indexed in the Scopus database and published between 2015 and 2025; these were subjected to quantitative and content analysis. Using VOSviewer software, a co-occurrence network of keywords, publication dynamics, and geographical distribution were examined. The results show that research activity on the topic of gamification has steadily increased since 2015 and reached its peak in 2024. The main research directions are concentrated in the fields of educational technologies (46%), engineering education (22%), and cognitive studies (18%). The study concludes that gamification technology is not only effective in enhancing learning motivation but also serves as a valuable method for developing environmental culture and social responsibility. These findings provide a scientific foundation for integrating gamification into preschool educational practice
