Abstract

This article examines the legal issues of artificial intelligence (AI). The author describes the rapid development of AI technologies and the need for legislative regulation. The study analyzes key issues such as the legal status of AI, its ownership rights, and the assignment of responsibility for its actions. In addition, ethical and legal aspects of AI security are considered, and possible solutions are proposed. Drawing on international experience, the author emphasizes the necessity of legislative regulation of AI.
