Abstract

The article discusses the key elements of strategic management, including the mission and vision of the organization, the analysis of the external and internal environment, the formulation of strategic goals, the choice of strategy and mechanisms for its implementation. Special attention is paid to the factors influencing the effectiveness of strategic management: leadership, organizational culture, resource availability, as well as flexibility and adaptability in a changing external environment. The need for a systematic approach and continuous monitoring of the strategy is emphasized in order to achieve sustainable development and competitive advantages of the organization.
