Abstract

Against the background of global challenges, human resource management processes in organizations have become complicated. It is important to implement effective HR systems and protect the interests of employees. An important challenge for Georgian organizations is the transfer of legislative norms into management practices and implementation of HR processes in accordance with legislative norms. Similar problems can be solved by HR compliance, which is new for the Georgian reality.
