The present study sets out to analyse the importance of health and physical education in an inclusive school environment and its impact on the health and physical development of pupils. The efficacy of health and physical education in preventing and correcting postural disorders, developing muscle strength, enhancing physical fitness, and establishing correct physical habits has been well-documented. It has been demonstrated that this programme enables pupils with health limitations or specific needs to participate in physical activities, thereby supporting their physical, psychological and social well-being. The paper also emphasises the importance of postural function, an individual approach to pupils and the formation of correct movement stereotypes from early school age. Concurrently, it underscores the correlation between posture, psychological state, and the overall quality of life of pupils in an inclusive environment. Consequently, the deliberate and methodical incorporation of physical education within an inclusive educational framework is imperative for the promotion of health, the prevention of diseases, and the comprehensive development of children's personalities.
