Abstract

The article examines the legal aspects of transplantation of animal organs into the human body and discusses legal-theoretical approaches, ethical issues and risks in this field. In recent years, advances in biotechnology have brought the transplantation of animal organs to the fore as a potential treatment. However, legal and ethical debates regarding the application of this process are still ongoing. The article analyzes the legal regulations and existing normative acts necessary for the transfer of animal organs to humans. At the same time, the challenges of this approach in terms of human rights, ethical principles and health risks are explored. Immunological reactions pose an ethical dilemma and social acceptance issues are discussed in this context
