STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF A HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
Modern medical organisations operate in an environment of constant change, requiring a precise and balanced approach to management. To ensure their success, strategic analysis is of particular importance, which helps to assess not only the current situation, but also the prospects for further development. Strategic analysis allows assessing the internal capabilities of a medical organisation, its resource potential, determining the influence of external environment factors on financial and economic activities, evaluating the market position, identifying competitive advantages and unused reserves, as well as justifying managerial decisions to adjust the current strategy of a medical organisation. The results of strategic analysis are the basis for the formation of plans and forecasts of the organisation's efficiency and its long-term competitiveness.
The application of various methods and tools of strategic analysis ensures that the healthcare organisation is strategically planning and responding effectively to current challenges.
