Abstract
Viral diseases of plants are the cause of agroecological and economic problems. Phytovirus infections cause deterioration decorative qualities, physiological state, immunity and adaptation properties of plants. Plant viruses include 49 families currently known.
With the advent of improved sequencing methods, the number new types of viruses is increasing every year. Among the recently discovered diseases plants, viral infection accounts for 47% of cases. Viruses are the most dangerous plant pathogens, since there are no effective chemical or biological means of combating them. The danger of a viral infection lies in the difficulty of controlling the spread of viruses, the presence of natural vectors leads to the need for a comprehensive diagnostics of plant material, soil to prevent primary and secondary infection
