Abstract

In his speeches, the Head of State stressed the need to awaken the intellectual potential of our nation. "Our task is to change the attitude of Kazakhstanis and, first of all, young people, to education, to intelligence, service to the Motherland and the people. We need to create a core of national intelligence, we need erudite people capable of competing internationally," the President said.
