Abstract

In the era of rapid development of digital technologies, automation of business processes comes to the fore, determining the success and competitiveness of companies. This article analyzes current trends in the field of business process automation( BPA), where artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are actively used. It is noted that in the era of digitalization, AI plays a crucial role in improving the productivity and stability of companies. Popular BPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Microsoft Power Automate, and ELMA are compared in terms of scalability, compatibility with other systems, functionality, and price. The benefits of using machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation (RPA) to optimize costs and reduce task execution time are considered. Special attention is paid to promising areas, including generative AI, big process models (LPM), and агентныеagent-based business process management systems (Agentic BPM). The main difficulties in implementing intelligent BPA solutions are identified, such as integration problems, high cost, and ethical issues related to the use of AI. Based on the obtained data, practical tips are formulated for choosing and implementing intelligent BPA systems for organizations of different sizes and fields of activity
