THE FORMATION OF THE LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF MINORS AS THE MAIN OBJECTIVE

Abstract

Legal consciousness is a category of the theory of state and law and criminology. Legal consciousness covers the sphere of Public, Group, and individual consciousness, associated with the manifestation of phenomena of legal significance and values of legal significance, legal vision, and duty legal order. Legal consciousness is determined by the socio-economic conditions of public life and cultural and legal, democratic, or authoritarian traditions. Legal education - to improve the legal education of adolescents, to realize that legal education is everyone's responsibility.

Legal education has particular importance in forming the legal consciousness of minors. From this point of view, the study's main goal is to prevent teenagers from violating the forbidden norm, "passing" the forbidden boundaries of the law, to improve legal knowledge.

As a research methodology, differentiation of legal consciousness in the Prevention of criminal offenses of adolescents, comparison, and generalization of ideas by comparing the views of famous scientists were considered. This will undoubtedly increase the value of the study as a whole and give results.

In the article, the author analyzes the legal consciousness of minors. In connection with the study of legal consciousness, preventive measures are considered in detail, and issues of effectiveness of combating criminal offenses are analyzed
