In recent years, the idea of smart cities has become an important part of sustainable urban development. This paper focuses on creating an intelligent data-driven model that can help improve how cities are managed. The proposed approach uses machine learning and data analytics to support better decision-making in areas such as transportation, energy, and public services. In this study, different datasets were analyzed, including survey responses from citizens and publicly available urban indicators. The model was tested using correlation and regression analysis to find relationships between people’s awareness of smart technologies and their satisfaction with city infrastructure. The results showed a positive connection, meaning that the more citizens understand smart city concepts, the more satisfied they are with local services. The project demonstrates how artificial intelligence can be applied to make cities more efficient, sustainable, and comfortable for residents
