Abstract

This article explores the evolution of bilateral relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992 to the present day. The study highlights the transition from initial political contact to a multidimensional strategic partnership that encompasses investment, renewable energy, and sustainable development. It demonstrates how both nations have forged a cooperative model that balances pragmatic diplomacy with shared cultural and economic values.
