Abstract

Air pool protection measures. Among them, the maximum concentration of harmful substances in the air basin, the degree of harmful physical impact on it, as well as the standards for the maximum emission of harmful substances into the atmospheric air are established.

The conditions for placement and projection, inclusion of construction and production facilities in operation, devices and other objects affecting atmospheric air are established.

The legal issues of the state accounting of harmful effects on atmospheric air are indicated. In addition, the questions of observation and control in the quality of atmospheric air protection were touched upon.

Reducing atmospheric pollution with harmful substances is one of the first tasks of Environmental Protection. Compliance with the emission strength of stationary sources to the degree of maximum emission standards ensures that harmful substances in the air are lower than the maximum permissible concentration
