Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of state regulation of mining and energy enterprises, considers the tasks, areas of control and international experience that may be useful for adaptation in Kazakhstan. Attention is paid to key areas such as licensing, emission monitoring, waste management and land reclamation, as well as the integration of innovative technologies for sustainable development.
