Giorgi Tavzishvili was one of the first researchers who, during the monographic study of this issue, paid special attention to the Georgian educational system of the XIX century by discussing the political-state situation, which was created in Georgia after the conquest of our country by Russia. He was able to imagine the state of education in Georgia in the XIX century and strongly expose the negative impact that the Russian ruling policy had on its developed base. Even though Georgia was a country conquered by Russia at that time and could not produce its own national educational policy, Georgian public figures still did everything to do their best for the development of our country
