Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the role of modern technologies in the management of cash flows of commercial organizations on the example of JSC "Kedentransservice". The key aspects of cash flow analysis, including an assessment of their structure and dynamics, are considered. A coefficient analysis of financial statements was carried out, the main factors influencing positive and negative cash flows were determined. The importance of using technology to optimize cash flow management in an unstable economic environment is emphasized. The trends in the growth of income from operating activities are revealed, the strategic directions of the company's development are noted, including the modernization of assets and reducing the debt burden. Conclusions are drawn about the need to strengthen positions in international areas and expand the range of services. The work is of practical value for specialists in the field of financial management and strategic planning
