The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into psychology is revolutionizing mental health care, educational psychology, and stress management. This paper explores how AI technologies, including chatbots and personalized training programs, are being used to address mental health challenges, enhance cognitive engagement, and reduce stress. Drawing on recent studies, the article highlights the effectiveness of AI-driven tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based chatbots, autogenic training applications for high-risk professionals, and AI-supported educational systems.Findings indicate that AI can provide scalable, cost-effective solutions for psychological care, offering personalized interventions and fostering engagement in diverse settings. Chatbots have demonstrated significant potential in mental health support, while AI-driven tools in education have enhanced cognitive and emotional engagement among learners. Additionally, stress management applications have shown promise in mitigating burnout and improving well-being. However, the field faces challenges, including limitations in emotional AI, data privacy concerns, and ethical considerations. This paper synthesizes current research and proposes a roadmap for the ethical and effective integration of AI in psychology. By bridging gaps in emotional AI and addressing ethical issues, the study underscores the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to advance the role of AI in enhancing mental health and cognitive engagement. The findings provide valuable insights for psychologists, educators, and technologists seeking to leverage AI for psychological applications while ensuring user trust and ethical standards.
