Abstract

HR audit is a methodical procedure that checks the personnel management of an organization for compliance of personnel policy and practice with the strategic goals of the enterprise. The development of analytical stages, the selection of appropriate tools and the formulation of proposals to improve the effectiveness of personnel management are all examples of methodological components of the audit. In this work, special attention is paid to key elements, including the assessment of professional competence of employees, motivation management and risks to human capital. The novelty of the research is the creation of a thorough methodology of personnel audit, taking into account modern problems, including digitalization, changes in labor legislation and requirements for the introduction of sustainable methods of personnel management
