DIGITALIZATION PROCESSES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

Abstract

The processes of digitalization in the activities of public authorities are gaining key importance in the context of rapid technological progress.  The introduction of digital technologies helps to minimize corruption, reduce administrative barriers and optimize internal processes. This is especially important in the context of growing demands from society for the efficiency and quality of the work of government agencies.The novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive analysis of modern approaches and technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and big data, used in the activities of public authorities. Digitalization of public authorities acts as a driver of transformations in the public administration system. However, for the successful implementation of digital initiatives, it is necessary to overcome a number of challenges, including ensuring cybersecurity, digital literacy of employees and citizens, as well as overcoming legislative restrictions. The findings of the study emphasize the need to develop digitalization strategies based on interagency cooperation, stakeholder engagement and adaptation of global trends to national conditions
