Abstract

The development and upbringing of a person is determined by the social environment. Social development is the development and upbringing of the individual through the adoption of the rules of the social environment. Social development does not occur on its own, but in social environments, in relationships with other people, within the framework of activities and acquaintances with them. The social environment present in the family and society conditions the child's expectations to be met, and they to develop in their own expectations. According to him, the normal social environment is accepted as the mandatory rule of social development in the family and society. So much so that in the normal social development environment, expectations are met one after another and with systematic rules, the child becomes curious about new activities and creates the basis for his/her subsequent development. The concept of "social development environment" has been scientifically processed in L.S. Vigotsky's book "The Zone of Proximal Development". This work is related to the biological and social characteristics of human behavior and its development environment (socialization). According to L.S. Vigotsky; When we say the biological factor of development here, we mean the basic rules that exist without being dependent on social rules. The organism cannot go beyond the limits of this factor. Its conditioned and unconditioned reflexes that regulate its reactions to the dangers around it are established on this system.
