Abstract

This article explores the development characteristics of educational services within the changing socio-significant conditions of society. The changes in the provision of educational services are driven by qualitative characteristics that meet the current demands. Consumer preferences and the qualitative characteristics of educational services are shown and substantiated. A model for evaluating the quality of educational services based on the process approach is formulated. The study concludes with relevant findings
