Abstract

Business process reengineering is a radical revision and fundamental restructuring of an organization's core processes in order to achieve significant improvements in their efficiency, quality and productivity. The article discusses key aspects of the business process Reengineering methodology, including the stages of analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, designing new processes and their implementation. Special attention is paid to the use of digital technologies and innovative approaches to optimize processes. The study highlights the importance of integrating reengineering into the overall strategy of the organization, as well as adapting the methodology to specific business conditions. The novelty lies in the systematization of approaches to business process reengineering in the context of digital transformation and global competition
