Abstract

 

This study examines the evolution of project management practices in the financial services sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Against the backdrop of the national digitalization strategy, the research explores how coordinated, institutionally supported projects have contributed to the modernization of public and private financial services. Drawing on empirical data and verified case studies, the article highlights enhancements in administrative efficiency, citizen engagement, and economic impact. The findings reveal Kazakhstan’s unique blend of government-led digital reform and private sector participation as a potential model for developing economies seeking to accelerate institutional innovation.
