Abstract

Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, making its treatment a priority in modern medicine. Advances in clinical pharmacology in oncology have significantly improved the efficacy and safety of anticancer therapy, ensuring a personalized approach to each patient. Studying the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of anticancer drugs, the mechanisms of drug interactions, and the characteristics of drug metabolism are key to optimizing treatment regimens and minimizing toxic effects. Modern clinical pharmacology in oncology aims to integrate data from pharmacogenomics and molecular biology, thereby promoting the development of personalized medicine and improving the quality of life of cancer patients
