The article addresses the strategic importance of developing collaboration skills among primary school students within the framework of contemporary educational paradigms. In the era of globalization and mass digitalization, the ability to engage in teamwork, constructive dialogue, and collective goal achievement has emerged as a decisive factor for an individual’s professional and personal success. The study analyzes the necessity of integrating social competencies during the developmental transition from play to learning as the child’s leading activity.
The work identifies modern challenges, such as the prevalence of individualistic and competitive models in schools, "digital isolation" resulting from gadget dependency, and a decline in empathy during face-to-face interactions. To address these issues, a comprehensive experimental study was conducted in Kazakhstan’s schools involving 120 students. The experimental group participated in the "Unity – The Basis of Oneness" program, based on cooperative technologies such as the Jigsaw method, project-based learning, and role-playing games. Diagnostic tools included G.A. Tsukerman’s "Mittens" technique, R.B. Cattell’s Personality Questionnaire, and pedagogical observation scales.
The article outlines development prospects such as digital collaboration and peer-to-peer learning, concluding with the necessity of transforming the teacher's role into that of a facilitator. The research results confirm that systematic collaboration, in addition to promoting socialization, increases cognitive motivation by 22%.
