ON THE ACTIVITIES OF AJDER AGAYEV, A PROMINENT REPRESENTATIVE OF PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCE, IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION

Abstract

From what has been written about Ajder Agayev's activities and creativity and from many years of personal observations, I conclude that the main reason for his success as a pedagogical scientist is his practical pedagogical activities in a comprehensive school, seeing and feeling the contradictions, problems, and subtleties of educational work and the pedagogical process, entering that world.

During his postgraduate studies at the Azerbaijan Scientific Research Pedagogical Institute and his subsequent scientific activities, Ajdar Agayev actively participated in solving general education problems through the Ministry of Education, the Scientific Research Pedagogical Institute, Teacher Training Institutes, district education departments, and even the science and education department of the then Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan, and was recognized as an expert in practical education and pedagogical work. His scientific activities, research on pedagogical problems, the history of education and pedagogy, allowed for the creation of new works, as well as creating conditions for understanding and analyzing theoretical pedagogical issues from the perspective of historicity, succession, and modernity
