Personal Branding Without Filters: How to Be Authentic in a Connected World
Abstract
Digitalization has transformed the way we relate to the world and others, amplifying the importance of personal branding. This paper explores how the construction of an authentic personal brand has become both a challenge and an opportunity in an increasingly virtual and interconnected context. Through a literature review, analysis of digital interactions, and discussions on the implications of authenticity in the digital age, the study examines how professionals and leaders can stand out in an information-saturated environment while maintaining consistency, trust, and alignment with their values. This work presents a qualitative methodology and discussions that offer insights into the factors shaping the creation of an authentic personal brand.
