Multidisciplinary approach in psychological practice: analysis of the effectiveness of integration of game, metaphorical and graphic methods

The article considers a multidisciplinary approach in psychological practice, including the integration of game methods, metaphorical maps, neurography and circuit therapy. The relevance of combined methods in dealing with emotional and social problems of adolescents, manifested in isolation, communication difficulties and low social activity, is emphasized. The theoretical foundations of each technique, their advantages and the potential for synergetic application are described. An analysis of the practical case of a teenager with difficulties in interacting with peers is presented, demonstrating the consistent application of an integrative approach: game therapy, metaphorical maps, neurography, circuit therapy. It is shown that the combined use of methods contributes to the reduction of anxiety, the development of social skills, awareness of internal attitudes and correction of dysfunctional patterns. The conclusion is made about the high effectiveness of a multidisciplinary approach in psychological practice and its importance for comprehensive work with adolescents with communication difficulties
