Abstract

The modern realities of the global economy require organizations, including large public and private enterprises, to effectively manage internal processes and form a sustainable corporate culture. This is especially important for joint-stock companies such as Kazpost JSC, which plays a key role in the transport and postal sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Corporate culture affects not only the internal atmosphere of a company, but also its efficiency, competitiveness, and ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.

Corporate culture is the basis for creating a common vision and values among employees, ensuring their engagement and motivation, as well as creating a positive image of the company in the eyes of external stakeholders.
