At the present stage of development of our society the introduction and active use of information and communication technologies has spread worldwide significantly. Education is an area where information and communication technologies act as learning tools and provide an opportunity to implement on a permanent basis important psychological and pedagogical goals and objectives, implement the necessary projects and improve the effectiveness of the learning and monitoring process itself.
