Abstract

This article examines the theoretical foundations and practical significance of Project-Based Learning (PBL), which is widely applied in modern education systems. Project-Based Learning is considered one of the innovative teaching approaches aimed at developing students’ cognitive activity, creativity, research abilities, and communication skills. The article analyzes the history, principles, stages, and educational value of PBL. Furthermore, special attention is given to the role of project-based learning in improving students’ critical thinking and independent learning skills. The advantages and challenges of implementing this method are also discussed. In my opinion, Project-Based Learning is one of the most effective educational approaches because it connects theoretical knowledge with practical experience and prepares students for real-life situations.
