Inclusive Education in Modern Schools: International Experience and Development Prospects in Kazakhstan

This article examines the importance of inclusive education in modern schools and analyzes international experience in implementing inclusive educational practices. The study explores the theoretical foundations, principles, and benefits of inclusive education, emphasizing equal access to quality education for all learners, including students with special educational needs. Special attention is given to the current state of inclusive education in Kazakhstan, existing challenges, and future development prospects. The article also reviews effective inclusive education models in Finland, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, highlighting approaches such as early intervention, individualized learning, Universal Design for Learning, and interdisciplinary cooperation. Based on international experience, recommendations are provided for improving the inclusive education system in Kazakhstan. The study concludes that the development of inclusive education is essential for promoting social equality, tolerance, and sustainable societal development.
