Abstract

In the twenty-first century, the interests and goals of nations and society as a whole are evolving in a distinct manner. If until now the main purpose of the society was merely to get monetary rewards, today the world has become focused on the welfare of the society, with the principle - "to meet the requirements of the present without endangering the future generations". There is an immediate need to prioritize and address development in the socio-economic sphere. The prioritization of environmental protection, resolution of ecological issues, and the appropriate and efficient management and utilization of sustainable transportation, energy, waste, water, forest, and land resources have gained significance.
