Also, employees of modern enterprises expect more from their jobs, including opportunities for professional and personal growth. The development of effective strategies for motivating and satisfying staff is becoming a problem of paramount importance. Many enterprises face the problem of heterogeneity in the productivity of their staff. This may be caused by different skill levels, motivation, or insufficient evaluation and feedback mechanisms. The article should consider strategies aimed at equalizing productivity and encouraging all employees to achieve optimal results.
The purpose of this study is to identify optimal strategies that contribute to improving the efficiency of personnel in enterprises. While working towards this goal, the article also aims to provide practical recommendations for managers and executives that can be used to optimize business processes.
