Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of trends in the development of public investment management in the mining industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors draw attention to the main risks and problems faced by investors in this industry, such as the instability of the political and economic situation in the region, a high degree of competition in the market, problems with licensing and permitting documents, as well as difficulties in ensuring a sufficient level of infrastructure and accessibility transport. State measures to reduce these risks and problems and stimulate investment activity in the industry are analyzed. In conclusion, the authors conclude that it is necessary to strengthen efforts to improve the investment climate in the mining industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
