Abstract

This work covers modern aspects of psychological and social care for cancer patients. The issues of psychological approaches when communicating with cancer patients, the principles and methods of trusting relationships between doctor and patient are covered in detail. The basic principles for assessing clinical symptoms in cancer patients with advanced forms of malignant tumors and their impact on the quality of life of these patients are presented. Aspects of studying quality of life in clinical research and clinical practice are described. It has been shown that an integrated approach to the implementation of the above measures allows for effective rehabilitation treatment for these patients.
