This article examines the impact of digital services on customer experience in Kazakhstan’s hospitality industry. The study’s relevance is driven by the rapid adoption of digital technologies in hotels. The aim is to assess how digital services influence customer satisfaction and service quality. The research methods include literature review, comparative analysis, and analysis of online reviews. The results show that digital services significantly enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. The article provides practical recommendations for developing digital transformation in the hospitality sector.
