It examines current challenges, including sectoral disparities, data inconsistencies, and the integration of young people into the workforce. The study also highlights Kazakhstan's efforts to enhance labor mobility within the region through international cooperation. The analysis is based on recent statistical data and policy documents, offering insights into the evolving dynamics of the national labor market and outlining strategic directions for its development.
