Abstract

Civil law is the most important element of a modern citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan as we see it. The absence of legal nihilism, legal activity and direct participation in the life and development of the state at the legal level - these are the factors to strive for and this scientific article is devoted to how the scientific student community can contribute to the development of civics in Kazakhstan.

The article has been prepared within the framework of fulfilment of the contract on grant financing concluded with the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (IRN project 19676691).
