GOVERNANCE AND EXTRACTION OF RESOURCES NATURALS IN AFRICA

Abstract

For Africa, the governance of resources naturals and his extraction needs an efficient and adequate governance beside the dilemma ‘s development of which the continent fatback. These African countries in despite of these richness, they didn’t tap benefit, and lives nonetheless in extreme poverty. Therefore, this article aims to raise that poorness in these African countries is explaining by other reasons more depth than resource curse. Under Pretend that institution and governance are indispensable not only in the extraction of naturals resources, but especially in the warrantor which these naturals resources impact significantly for the development in the countries dependent of resources.  An institution vulnerable for the crash economics, in the lability policy, for the army conflict and the resources war constitute systematically for the failing of a state; which affect the governance quality especially the governance of naturals resources.
