Abstract

The rapid progress of technology has thrust Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the forefront of diverse industries. Amid this shift, Python has become pivotal, shaping ML and AI development. Acknowledging ML and AI's significance, this study introduces Python as a foundational language, known for its readability and vast libraries. The paper explores how Python drives innovation in ML and AI, especially via TensorFlow and PyTorch. Analyzing TensorFlow and PyTorch, renowned for complex model building, reveals their tools for simplifying development, enhancing creativity, and minimizing technical challenges. Through case studies, businesses and researchers leverage Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to achieve breakthroughs in areas like image recognition and natural language processing.
