Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of local governance systems in the city

of Ismayilli and explores ways to improve them. Particular attention is given to areas such as digitalization, public participation, transparency, and the efficient use of resources. As a result of the research, recommendations are proposed for the application of innovative approaches in governance, strengthening the interaction between local executive authorities and citizens, and implementing urban development strategies more effectively.
