Abstract

In this paper, the thermomechanical part of a medium-power nuclear power plant with a WBPR-300 reactor is considered. This type of reactor is designed to generate electricity and can be used both as part of large power units and as part of small nuclear power plants to ensure the energy independence of individual regions. The most important part of the installation is the heat exchange system, which must efficiently utilize the heat released during the nuclear reaction.
