In this article, the concept of multilingualism, innovative management and the relevance of multilingual education of primary school students is revealed. Multilingualism - “the use of several languages within a certain social community (first of all of the state); the use by an individual (group of people) of several languages, each of which is chosen in accordance with a specific communicative situation. ”
In our opinion, multilingualism is not only a high goal set by our President, and to which everyone should strive. The concept of "multilingualism" for us as young scientists is also filled with some aspects of a professional plan.
It is polylingualism that is able to provide the student with a favorable environment that provides a harmonious combination of the development of humanistic universal human qualities of an individual with the possibility of fully fulfilling his national-cultural, ethnic needs. Therefore, the teacher is faced with the most important task - to use all his unique experience and knowledge of the cultural traditions of peoples and ethnic groups, universal human values and world culture in creating a favorable educational and educational environment conducive to the formation of a socially active person. Undoubtedly, the basis of the formation of a multicultural personality is multilingualism.
Multilingualism is seen as an effective tool for training the younger generation in an interconnected and interdependent world. In this regard, an understanding of the role of languages in the modern world poses the question of language learning and increasing the level of language training. The system of principles of learning in the system of multilingualism: Kazakh language - Russian language - English.
