THE PROBLEM OF PROVIDING PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT TO PARENTS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF DISTANCE LEARNING
Abstract
In the address of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan on September 1, 2020 "Kazakhstan in a new situation: a stage of action", as a result of the coronavirus epidemic, the vast majority of schoolchildren and students around the world switched to distance learning, which required a radical change in the method and content of work [1]. At the same time, by the order of the Minister of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2007 N590, all educational institutions have switched to a distance learning format, creating some difficulties in the framework of the rules "Organization of the educational process on distance learning technologies". In this regard, during the distance learning format, there is a need for pedagogical psychological support for parents of Primary School students. None of the reasons for this is due to the shallow information literacy of parents and the lack of full – fledged communication between the student and the teacher, when the parent plays the role of an educator, there are difficulties in solving problems related to individual approach and education. Therefore, the necessary conditions should be created for the development of creative potential of parents. If the concept of "New communication technologies in the field of Education" arises from the constant search of computer equipment and electronic reference systems, as well as new methods of teaching, the methodology and methodology of teaching must undergo changes in accordance with the requirements of the time. Computer technology, entering the educational environment, leads to the use of tools and methods to improve the learning process [2, с.36-40].
