THE STUDY OF THE KUY TRADITION OF THE BUKEEV HORDE
Abstract
Whichever of the Kazakh regions you look at – each one is filled with mysteries of ancient times. The Bokey Horde in the west of our country is one of such revered historical sites. It is no secret that this land “fascinates” almost everyone with the relics of ancient civilizations, the events of the past centuries, its spiritual heritage. Here there are echoes of cultures – the Saks that reached their mature period, who later lived between the Volga and the Ural, Pechenegs, Oguzes, who in alliance with the Khazars, drove them out – which, despite the fact that they have not “reached” this days completely, awaken the memory ofa new generation, new nation, the new State, and sound (respond) in the chest as a “trace of antiquity”.
The land issue has always been fundamental for the growth and prosperity of nomadic peoples, which, at the same time, often turned out to be a cause for disputes. ). In the steppes of Turan, which from ancient times were ruled by various kagans, khans, many things until the formation of the Kazakh nation remained out of dynamics (in the old way). New cultural development began after the Kazakh people begin self-determination as a nation. By moving with an open face towards the independence, it will be possible to strengthen the borders with neighboring States. In subsequent periods, “black clouds” will hang over the Kazakh land. The "collar" of the subjects of Russia will appear on the neck. Realizing what the end could be, in order to preserve some kind of internal political consistency, in agreement with the Russian authorities, the last Khanate emerged. It was the Bokey Horde, founded in 1801. The area of 70 thousand square kilometers, covering lands from the west of Astrakhan, from the north and east of the Saratov and Orenburg provinces, from the south and southeast to the border of the Caspian Sea and the Urals, is named after Bokey Nuralyuly. The Khanate was sometimes called the "Inner Horde".
